Zhejiang Changran Technology Co., Ltd. solemnly warrants that all Graphene-Aluminum Alloy magnet wire products leaving our factory are manufactured in strict compliance with the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and GB/T19001-2016 standards. We provide clear, transparent, and enforceable warranty policies to ensure that your rights are fully protected.

Warranty Coverage

The following warranty terms apply to Graphene-Aluminum Alloy magnet wire products directly sold by Zhejiang Changran Technology Co., Ltd. or through authorized distributors.
  • Product Specification Compliance
    Key parameters such as dimensions, resistance, voltage withstand, and thermal class conform to the agreed technical specifications or purchase contract.
  • Coating Integrity
    Coating is continuous and uniform, free from visible bubbles, impurities, or excessive pinholes; adhesion meets national standard requirements.
  • Conductor Performance
    Conductor material is exclusively supplied by Blackhawk Carbon as Graphene-Aluminum Alloy rod; chemical composition, tensile strength, and elongation comply with agreed standards.
  • Packaging & Labeling
    Packaging meets transportation and storage requirements; labeling is clear and traceable; each reel/box includes a certificate of conformity and batch number.

The Following Situations are NOT Covered by This Warranty:

● Performance degradation or damage caused by improper customer storage (moisture, corrosive environments, high temperature).
● Coating damage or conductor breakage caused by improper customer winding, processing, or forming techniques.
● Insulation aging or breakdown resulting from use beyond the product’s rated thermal class or voltage class.
● Damage caused by mechanical impact, chemical corrosion, fire, or other force majeure events after product delivery.
● Secondary processing, modification, or incompatible use with other materials without written permission from Changran Technology.
